We're excited to share the highlights of our recent Entrepreneurship Talk Show II organized by Hult Prize at IOE, Pulchowk Campus! This annual event, often dubbed the 'Nobel Prize for students,' encourages young minds to create innovative social businesses that tackle global challenges, offering a substantial $1 million prize for the winning idea.
Our virtual stage welcomed distinguished guests, setting the scene for an evening filled with startup wisdom, redefined success, and celebration of achievements. This second phase, conducted with boundless energy, included discussions on entrepreneurship and emphasized mentorship sessions to equip participants for the upcoming competition.
Themed "Diving Into Startup Culture," the program featured the founders of the app "Froker," who generously shared their experiences and principles for successful business ventures. Our esteemed guests included Mr. Akshat Saxena (Production Manager at PhonePe), Saurabh Singh (Business Analyst at Paytm), and Mr. Amogh Saxena (Software Developer at Amazon), along with the insightful presence of Ms. Prachi Patel.
Ms. Simran Maharjan, our lively emcee, kicked off the proceedings, passing the torch to Mr. Aditya Pandey, Campus Director of Hult Prize at IOE 2024. Aditya captivated the audience with a video prepared by our technical team, providing a sneak peek into this year's theme. The deep dive into Froker by Mr. Akshat Saxena and Mr. Amogh Saxena offered invaluable insights into startups and business strategies.
Amazon Software Developer, Mr. Amogh, emphasized sustainable resource utilization and the enduring nature of startups. He urged the youth to contribute positively to society, emphasizing societal improvement over individual interests. Ms. Prachi Patel shared three key principles for startup success, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies and a long-term vision.
